Change Management & Transformation Enablement.Qualifications & Experience:- 17+ years of overall experience with majority of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or organizational change.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.- Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Services environment.- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agilemethodologies.- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management frameworks and practices (e.g.PROSCI).Salary Best in Industry.
