This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on sales effectiveness , leadership development , and skill enhancement to drive business growth and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute training programs for sales teamsFacilitate workshops on soft skills and sales effectivenessRoll out leadership and managerial development programs for current and future leadersEngage proactively with all sales team members to identify and understand the specific challenges they face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs).Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team.Conduct training needs analysis , refreshers, and performance evaluationsTrack and report on training effectiveness , learning impact , and ROIPublish monthly/quarterly dashboards and insights on development progressKey Requirements5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training (BFSI sector preferred)Proven track record in Sales Training , Leadership Development , and Capability BuildingStrong communication , facilitation , and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
