Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant area of study 7+ years of Workday integration and systems administration experience, including implementations Proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs),Core Connectors, Reporting, BIRT  Proficient in general HR terms and principles and processes including Full Employee Lifecycle, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll etc. Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in supporting a global organization Desire to work in a fast paced environment
