YH Texpert is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Pre-Production & Merchandiser Assistant to join our growing fashion team. This role supports the merchandising and production departments to ensure smooth coordination from design through final production. Job Description / Responsibilities: -Coordinate with Headquarters Design and Merchandising teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. -Assess production schedules to determine feasibility based on the production capabilities of various vendors. -Follow up with vendors daily to monitor progress, identify any delays, and provide quick, effective solutions. -Implement quality control measures by inspecting finished products for any defects or flaws and ensuring corrective action is taken. -Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and identify potential challenges while formulating solutions to ensure timely order completion. -Communicate and follow up with vendors to keep samples and production timelines on track. -Support, communicate, and coordinate with the Merchandiser and Production Manager to maintain workflow efficiency. Objectives of this Role: - Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion. - Actively participate in production planning. - Recognize and address critical issues that may affect the production timeline. - Manage the shipping schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
