Role Description
This is a full-time HR Specialist role in Chennai. As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing staffing strategies, identifying qualified candidates, managing the hiring process, and providing HR support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with managers across the organization and developing relationships with external candidates.
Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource and Office Administration activities including recruitment, on-boarding, final settlement, pay slips preparation, handling grievances, P-files, Office facility, Office Supplies, Office cleanliness, travel bookings, vendor management.- Responsible for developing and executing staffing strategies, talent acquisition, managing the hiring process and provide HR Support.- Process and manage monthly payroll related activities including filing TDS, PF, ESI, PT and other statutory obligations.- Keep abreast of employee benefits and employment act to address employee matters, decision making and maintain employee handbook up-to-date.- Collate and validate monthly time-sheet and leave management.- Initiate and involve in annual appraisal exercise.- Undertake ownership in organizing company events.- Support auditor for year end tax work.- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time- Must be a self starter and work under minimum supervision.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR management, focusing on driving business results and developing innovative talent strategies.- Sound knowledge of Human Resource and Recruitment process.- Knowledge of local payroll legislation and HR practices.- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and candidates- Experience in recruiting and staffing for a range of positions, including technical and non-technical roles- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring and support a diverse and inclusive workforce- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
