Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and frontend development, with expertise in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. This role will involve designing and implementing websites and platforms, ensuring responsiveness, aesthetics, and functionality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Web Design & Development: Create, design, and maintain engaging, responsive websites and web applications that align with CUR8’s branding and functionality requirements.
  • Frontend Development: Use HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Bootstrap to develop clean and efficient code for web interfaces.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all designs and implementations are optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • User Interface Enhancements: Work closely with the UX team to translate design concepts into functional web elements, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • Graphics Integration: Utilize design tools such as Photoshop and CorelDRAW to create and integrate high-quality graphics, banners, and other visual elements into websites.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure consistency and compatibility of designs across all major browsers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
  • Design to Code Conversion: Convert PSD, JPG, or Figma designs into fully functional HTML code.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and modern solutions.



Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in web design and frontend development.
  • Proven experience working on diverse projects, including corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, and content-driven sites.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap (versions 3-5), and jQuery.
  • Strong expertise in converting PSD/Figma designs into responsive web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop and CorelDRAW for graphic design.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their implementation in web design.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
