Supply Chain Solution Analyst in Coimbatore, India.What a typical day looks like:Primary work involves Supplier Implementation of EDI & In-house solutions (Forecast, Forecast Commit, New PO, Change PO & Confirmation, ASN, Invoice etc.,) for new & existing Supplier base and post implementation support for solutions gone live.The job responsibilities also include handling the production environment issues raised by the internal Team and external Suppliers on a timely manner without any operational impactGood knowledge and understanding of EDI Standards for supporting the EDI on-boarding and handling the issues raised by the internal team and external suppliersIdentifying the process gap and focus on continuous improvements to overcome the road blocks in the Implementation.Interact frequently with external Suppliers, Site Procurement, Site Management, other Internal Customers, and Global Procurement teams etc.,Good knowledge on procurement along with SMI, VMI, Hub process and basic knowledge on finance domains is added advantage.The Job responsibilities include coordinating for setting up connections, Testing, Go Live Monitoring, Root cause analysis of issues & Working with IT teams (Internal / External) to get them resolved.Understanding the requirements of Supplier on boarding and convert the same into business requirement to communicate back to the various stakeholders involved in the project on Negotiating and convincing the suppliers for EDI & In-house Solution implementation (Go LIVE) & support post go live.Understanding of Customized electronic based PO and Invoice transmission solutions and training different stakeholders on the sameProvide timely reports and metrics to support leads on the new connection gone live and support delivery.Willing / upgrade to learn on a continuous basisDrive and perform activities to improve the Procurement Automation for specific sites, in alignment with Corporate Materials Directives.Establish Project Plans aimed at improving the Procurement Automation per Targets/Goals set along with Supply Chain Solutions Management; managing project from initiation, delivery and compliancy.Review and maintain Project Plan as needed and report weekly project progress and risks.Provide/Request advice to Project Team and Supply Chain Solutions Management to achieve goals in accordance with established policies and project scope.Conduct presentations and training to Project Team and Management as needed.Create and/or update Training Documentation for End Users.Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Must be a graduate (BE-MBA, B.Sc.-MBA, Bcom- MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE)Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain with EDI knowledgeMust have good knowledge on EDI process along with ERP Work environment (preferably Baan, SAP or any ERP knowledge is good) for Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, 3 – 5Yrs years of related experience, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel(macro), Word, PowerPoint, Project)Must possess Very strong English communication, Negotiation and Project self-driven skills.Experience on handling EDI support projects and Involved in E2E Implementation of Suppliers/Customers in EDI- added advantageStrong in requirement gathering & gap analysis - added advantage.Reports analysis and Metrics buildingNeed to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zonesCandidate working in EMS, Retail and supply chain industry with above skill set preferred and advantage, but not mandatory or limited.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:Health InsurancePTO#LI-RR1RR03
