About the RoleThe CMO will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing all sales, marketing, and communication initiatives to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand reputation for our electrical products and solutions. Reporting to the President, the CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales, marketing and business development strategy tailored to the unique needs of the B2 B electrical manufacturing sector. This leadership role will focus on building strategic partnerships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government Departments in sectors such as power, electricity, and railwaysKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales, marketing & business development strategies aligned with company goals.- Drive brand positioning and differentiation to establish and enhance brand equity within the electrical industry.- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with PSUs and government agencies.- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and product development teams to ensure a unified customer experience.- Manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across initiatives.- Identify and track upcoming tenders, projects, and market opportunities in relevant sectors.- Lead the complete tendering & bidding process, including pre-qualification, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.- Drive key
