Job Overview:
As a B2B Sales Manager at Compassco, you will drive the sales of our Tusker workstation products to business clients across designated regions. This role requires you to identify potential business clients, understand their technical and operational requirements, and clearly communicate the advantages of Compassco’s workstation solutions. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams is crucial to accelerate sales growth and achieve the company’s financial objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Acquisition

  • Proactively search for and engage with potential business clients in industries such as architecture, engineering, graphic design, and video production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and secure business engagements.

Sales Demonstrations

  • Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Customize sales pitches to cater to the specific technical needs of each client, focusing on product features, benefits, and competitive strengths.

Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and potential client needs.
  • Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring their requirements are met promptly.

Sales Goals

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as established by the management.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product team to provide customer feedback and influence product development.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a B2B sales role, with a preference for candidates from the tech or hardware sectors.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and technical presentations.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in problem-solving.
