The Dot Net Architect, Azure, Medical Domain is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions within the medical domain using Microsoft's .NET and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, as well as a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges faced by medical institutions and professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and healthcare professionals, to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions in the medical domain.

2. Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient .NET applications and services using Azure cloud platform, including the development of APIs, microservices, and other components.

3. Implement best practices in software design, development, and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.

4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the developed solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of use for end-users and other team members.

5. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to developers to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

6. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications and services, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

8. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using .NET and Azure technologies.

3. Strong understanding of the medical domain, including the unique requirements, challenges, and regulations faced by healthcare professionals and institutions.

4. Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, and other relevant technologies.

5. Experience with microservices, APIs, and other modern software development practices.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and assess potential risks and challenges.


Preferred Qualifications:


1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Certified .NET Developer or similar certification.

3. Experience with healthcare-specific software solutions, such as electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, or medical imaging applications.

4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

5. Experience with data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence in the medical domain.
