Please Apply only if you qualify: Immediate Joiners only Performance Marketing Lead (US & Canada Markets) Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum + performance bonus Experience Required: 3–10+ years Industry: Home Services, Marketplace Apps, On-Demand Services, Gig Economy Platforms About the Role We are building a fast-scaling home-service booking platform similar to Urban Company, Task Rabbit, and Handy—connecting customers with trusted service professionals. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can own paid growth across Google, Meta, You Tube, Tik Tok, and App Campaigns , specifically for US & Canada markets . This is a high-impact role where you will directly drive installs, bookings, revenue, and provider acquisition . Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising & Budget Ownership Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Local Services Ads, Display, UAC) Facebook/Instagram Ads You Tube Ads Tik Tok Ads (for US & Canada audiences) Microsoft Ads Manage monthly budgets efficiently (ROI & CAC-driven). Reduce CAC while increasing booking volume and revenue. 2. App Installs & Booking Funnel Optimization Optimize user acquisition campaigns for: CPI (Cost per Install) CPA / CPB (Cost per Booking) Install → Registration → Booking conversion Work closely with product team to improve landing pages, onboarding screens, and funnel drop-offs. 3. Geographic Targeting & Hyperlocal Campaigns Run city-wise campaigns for: Calgary Albeta British Colombia Vancouver Toronto US metros Execute “hyperlocal ads” based on ZIP codes, community clusters, suburbs, and neighbourhood demand. 4. Service Category Marketing Drive campaigns for categories such as: Cleaning Plumbing Handyman HVAC Moving Services Electricians Appliance Repair Beauty-at-home Each category requires separate targeting, creatives, and funnels. 5. Data, Analytics & Reporting Own performance dashboards using: GA4 Apps Flyer / Branch / Adjust Meta & Google reporting Monitor daily metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, ACo S). Deliver weekly reports with insights, improvements, and experiments. 6. Conversion-Focused Creative Strategy Work with creative teams to develop: Conversion-based ad videos Testimonial ads UGC-style ads Short-format Tik Tok-style videos Run A/B tests for creatives, copies, CTAs, thumbnails. 7. Provider Acquisition Campaigns (Gig Workers) Like Urban Company, Task Rabbit, Handy — run campaigns to onboard: Cleaners Electricians Handyman professionals Movers HVAC technicians Assist in lead generation for service providers in US & Canada. 8. Experimentation & Growth Conduct experiments across: Lookalike audiences City-wise funnels Category-based messaging Retargeting strategies Implement winning experiments to scale quickly. Key Skills Required ✔ Strong experience managing US & Canada ad accounts ✔ Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube, Tik Tok ✔ Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS & marketplace economics ✔ Experience with on-demand/gig services is a big advantage ✔ Strong analytical mindset with ability to read data & make decisions ✔ Experience with attribution tools like Apps Flyer / Branch / Adjust ✔ Understanding of hyperlocal targeting & ZIP-based ads ✔ Knowledge of SEO/ASO (added advantage) ✔ Experience in mobile user acquisition for B2 C apps What You’ll Own (KPIs) ????
