We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our products, enhancing user experiences, and driving our product strategy forward.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, gather, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Develop and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed features meet user requirements.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interface delivers an optimal user experience.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for product enhancements.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user acceptance testing.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a customer-centric approach to product development.
