In this role, the candidate would be responsible to perform analysis of technical and business processes; Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirementsPrepare requirements document and take sign off from product team for forms logs.Update FLS (Forms excel document) in share point with the new forms to be added/ updated in the release.Update Forms Knowledge base (FKB) by raising CTask in Service now for Inland Marine and Tech logsPrepare Reference Data and sync it to the environments (databases)Resolve defects raised by QA.Liaison with product for any gaps/ Clarifications in requirements.Perform Unit testing if required for any defects.Update counts/ Release notes for each release in tracker.Prepare Scripts allotted for each release and submit to the release BSA
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Good understanding of property/causality insurance business.Domain knowledge on Personal Auto, Home, Dwelling Fire, Workers Comp, Business Owners and Commercial Auto LOBsRating system experience in PMS,POS or One ShieldAbility to effectively plan for, elicit, and validate requirements through facilitated sessionsShould be Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA).About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
