Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and preparing business proposals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting our sales efforts by leveraging their research skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation:
·      Extract and compile data through LinkedIn, Google search, company websites, and other online platforms.
·      Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
·      Maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
2. Proposals and Documentation:
·      Prepare tailored business proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
·      Work closely with the sales team to create proposals that align with customer needs and company goals.
3. Outbound Calling:
·      Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
·      Effectively communicate the company’s offerings to potential clients and address their initial queries.
4. Market Research:
·      Research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities.
·      Stay updated on competitor activities and offerings in the IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions domain.
5. Collaboration with Sales Team:
·      Act as a bridge between the sales team and prospective clients by providing all necessary information.
·      Assist in creating strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
·      Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities.
·      Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospective clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
2. Skills and Competencies:
·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Proficiency in online research and data extraction through LinkedIn, Google search, and other online tools.
·      Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred).
·      Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·      Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
3. Experience:
·      Freshers are welcome to apply.
·      Candidates with prior experience in pre-sales or lead generation will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
