The Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Offering Lead to drive our Core Consulting services focused on Mainframe and Mainframe Modernization . This role is ideal for a leader with a consulting mindset, client-facing experience, and strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern engineering tools . While experience with mainframe environments is a plus, a deep understanding of modernization strategies, cloud migration, DevOps, and modern application architectures is essential. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve the consulting offering for mainframe and mainframe modernization Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams Guide clients through transformation journeys—from assessment to execution—focused on rehosting, replat forming, or reengineering legacy systems Lead engagements that leverage cloud-native solutions , CI/CD pipelines , containerization , and automation frameworks Partner with cross-functional teams to develop assets, accelerators, and reusable frameworks Enable field teams with training and best practices for delivering modernization engagements Who You Are Required Skills: Familiarity with mainframe platforms (e.g., z/OS, COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL) Strong understanding of modern development and DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes) Experience leading client consulting engagements or solution development Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Preferred Skills: Proven experience in cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Experience with tools and frameworks used in mainframe modernization (e.g., Micro Focus, Blu Age, Raincode, IBM zCX, etc.) Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
