Company DescriptionEstontec Group, with offices in Singapore, UAE & across all major cities in India, is in a mission to be Asia's Largest integrated AI platform for Brand Tech and is looking for highly dynamic individuals to join our Brand Tech team.Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai, IndiaDepartment: Media & PartnershipsReports To: Head of Marketing / Media DirectorEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Buyer with proven expertise in Out-of-Home(OOH) and In-App Advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with media owners, publishers, and ad networks across India, and a track record of executing impactful, cost-effective media campaigns for brands.Key Responsibilities- Plan, negotiate, and purchase media inventory across OOH (billboards, transit, digital screens) and mobile/in-app advertising platforms.- Build and maintain relationships with media owners, outdoor vendors, and mobile ad networks.- Evaluate and analyze audience data, reach, impressions, and ROl to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.- Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and budgets.- Track, optimize, and report on media campaign performance using data-driven insights.- Stay up to date with new media channels, advertising technologies, and pricing trends.- Collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver 360° brand campaigns.- Ensure timely billing, vendor coordination, and media delivery compliance.Desired Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media buying/selling, preferably in OOH or digital/in-app media.- Strong network with media owners, publishers, and vendors in major Indian cities.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.Education- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.Compensation- Competitive salary based on experience and network strength.- Performance incentives linked to campaign ROl and new media partnerships.
