Responsible for co-ordination of Performance management and Appraisals
Responsible for HRIS tool Management.
Responsible for Exit Management.
Responsible for building HR Dashboards.
Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to business heads/department heads to help them have a pulse of their team.
Take adequate measures to retain good employees, ring fence high potential employees.
Ensure Statutory Compliance status at all times.
Evaluate and improvise the current HR Practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
Design, update and share HR policies & processes.
Be astute to handle dynamics at the workplace and help employees to overcome crisis situation.
Plan and implement an effective HR Plan that is aligned to Business Plan and overall organization people agenda.
Drive CSR agenda of the organization through multiple programs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Post-graduate in MBA (HR)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Good multitasking skills, accuracy and attention to details
Open to learning with a positive attitude and work in a team environment
2-3 years’ experience in HR role
Bengaluru based would be preferred
