Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
: ? Developing and implementing marketing strategies - conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying trends to determine the best course of action for reaching potential customers. ? Creating and executing marketing campaigns by developing and managing social media accounts, creating content, and working with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals. ? Tracking the success of marketing campaigns including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. ? Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies that support sales goals and objectives and providing the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell. ? Identifying new market opportunities - researching new markets, and identifying potential customers and opportunities for growth. ? Representing the company in events and conferences. ? Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's marketing efforts remain competitive. Skills/Requirements: ? Excellent communication skills. ? Analytical skills to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. ? Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. ? Marketing expertise - deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, as well as experience in specific areas such as digital marketing, content marketing, or event marketing. ? Creativity - must be able to come up with new and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and think outside of the box.
