Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.- Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.- Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.- Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.- Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.- Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.- Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.Required Qualifications- 1-5 years of operations experience in the travel distribution industry.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.- Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in operations or customer care roles.Preferred Skills- Good communication skills (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English and Hindi.- Ability to work across all shifts and days as needed.- Excellent time management skills.- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing work demands.- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills.- Proven customer service skills, particularly in resolving issues effectively.- Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
