We’re looking for an Admin and Accounts Executive to keep our office buzzing with good vibes and seamless operations.
If you're detail-oriented and love maintaining smooth workflows while handling essential tasks, this role is for you
NOTE: Only apply if you’re the ideal candidate for this role.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain proper records of employee leaves, attendance, and work hours.
- Help onboard new hires by providing supplies and system access.
- Make initial calls to screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for repairs or services.
- Handle service providers for office needs like internet and maintenance.
- Keep documents, contracts, and important files organised.
Accounts and Finance Duties:
- Handle basic financial tasks like reimbursements and petty cash.
- Assist with invoice follow-ups and vendor payments.
- Track and record office expenses for monthly reconciliation.
- Use Zoho to update account records and generate basic financial reports.
Qualifications for Admin and Accounts Role:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Communication.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or financial roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude to support team goals.
