  • Develop and document – SOPs for various business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Liaise and effectively communicate with our Owners & Finance Manager.
  • Awareness of business trends

Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief accountant
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Focus, accuracy and efficiently working under time bound deadlines
  • Effective oral and communication skills
  • Aptitude for numbers crunching & analytical / quantitative skills and quantitative skills


Qualifications:

  • SAP/FOCUS/any other software knowledge is a must
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • MBA/ M. COM
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks & ProAdvisor
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Proved 6-10years work experience in Hospitality/F&B Industries preferred 

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or selling commercial kitchen equipment. Strong understanding of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment, their features, and functionalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product information and value propositions. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events and exhibitions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
