JOB TITLE:-National Manager – Capacity, Infra and Network Planning COE  DEPARTMENT:-Transformation JOB OBJECTIVES:-Lead program management for Operational, Tactical and Long Range Network and Capacity Planning as per organization strategy, by developing required use cases on the digital solution implemented. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESKey Roles and Responsibilities :1. Long Range Capacity Planning:- Long Range Bottling Capacity planning, analysis and program management in support of HCCB Strategy. Identifying the needs for creating Green field, Brown field capacities basis commercial priorities in liaison with SC, Finance and other Corporate functions Challenge the status quo by bringing new perspectives to improve service and optimize cost.2. Future ready capabilities: – Closely tracking Internal and external developments on Commercial & Supply Chain Strategies – planning for land infra for future needs. Driving digital journey for automating long range planning and effective use of operational network3. WH Infrastructure & Network Planning: - Partner in right planning of required infrastructure including warehouse space and transport models, designing of warehouse to ensure best utilization of space and meeting service levels. Developing an operational Supply Chain network on time to time basis, balancing cost and service.4. Capacity Utilization: - Analyze and improve asset utilization in collaboration with Supply Chain and Commercial Functions. Recommend for mould investments, mothballing decisions driving efficient use of capacities Position Reports to:Head - Transformation Supply Chain HCCB Functions (SLT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, BSS, Commercial)  Key Customers:All Supply Chain Verticals and Factory Supply chain teams.  BIG & TCCC Supply chain and other appropriate functions . JOB REQUIREMENT  Minimum Education:Bachelor of Engineering with Management qualification preferred  Minimum Work Experience:8-10 years Competencies/Skills/Abilities: Behavioral Competencies:-Should have good analytical mind set, logical thinking, good presentation skills, engagement, negotiation & influencing skills. Role requires high degree of networking and visibility across functions Functional Competencies :-Understanding of Long range planning and implications. Understanding of various Supply Chain Costs and Constraints. Knowledge of Beverage Manufacturing and Infrastructure Planning.   Language Proficiency:English, Hindi IT Knowledge: IT Savvy. Should be computer literate, with advanced MS Excel Power BI skills. Should have working knowledge on SAP.Past Knowledge of S&OP/Network Optimization/Long Range Planning tools will be added advantage. Travel: 30%
