Location-NoidaWorking Days- 6 Days Industry- IT service or Manufacturing Experience- 5 years Plus Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project goals.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.Technical Oversight: Understand technical aspects of projects and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
PMP or Agile certification preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment (5+ years).Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proficient in project management tools (e.G., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
