Roles & Responsibility:-o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal andnegotiation skillso Must have a strong background in IT sales with a proven record of meeting orexceeding targets.o Experience in managing a team of 6-8+ sales professionals, with a focus onachieving collective sales goals.o Demonstrated ability to deliver on annual sales targets of 15-20 crore+o Proven working experience as a business development manager, senior salesexecutive or a relevant role with evident track record and result orientedapproacho Have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes, Presales, Sales,Closure Sales, Selling techniques etc.o Ability to build rapport, ace time management and planning skills.o Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies andcorporates would be preferred.o Develop sales growth strategies, focused both on financial gain and customersatisfactiono Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needso Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clientso Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’objectiveso Build long-term relationships with new and existing customerso Should have prior experience in handling a team. Develop entry level staffinto valuable salespeopleo Provide support and guidance to the sales team in meeting their objectiveso Ability to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement, fostering asupportive team culture.o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
