We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at KP Green Engineering Limited located in Vadodara Taluka. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to increase sales and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities :Identify and develop new business opportunities.Documentation and vendor registration in state utilities and private cusomers.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of market research, trends, and analysisExperience in the renewable energy sector is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
