Position: Assistant Professor – Management (Finance, Marketing, and HR)

LJ University is inviting applications for dynamic and experienced Assistant Professors to join its Integrated MBA program. We seek passionate educators with expertise in Finance, Marketing, or Human Resource Management who are eager to contribute to academic excellence and prepare students to thrive in the corporate world. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and conduct interactive learning sessions.
  • Develop and update curriculum and course materials to align with industry standards.
  • Evaluate and grade assignments, projects, and examinations.
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students for their professional development.
  • Engage in research and publication activities to contribute to the field of management.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and industry leaders to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Participate actively in university initiatives, seminars, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in Management with expertise in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
  • Proven experience in teaching at the university level and a flair for research.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students with innovative teaching methods.
  • A Ph.D. in the relevant field is preferred.
  • Industry experience in the respective domain will be an added advantage.
