 Key Responsibilities:

·Respond promptly to technicalinquiries and issues from business stakeholders via email, phone calls andtickets.

·Offer guidance and assistance tostakeholders on technical queries, including system issues, bugs and any otherapplication/ online payment issues.

·Collaborate closely with thebusiness and engineering teams to ensure swift resolution of complex technicalissues.

·Maintain comprehensive documentationof support queries, solutions and best practices for future reference andtraining purposes.

·Identify recurring technical issuesand suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences thereby enhancingoverall system stability and performance.

·Proactively communicate updates,changes, and enhancements to stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding of theimpact on their operations.

·Continuously improve knowledge andskills to enhance support effectiveness.

·Provide feedback and insights fromstakeholder interactions to the engineering team to drive continuousimprovement.

·Knowledge of software developmentlifecycle and best practices

Qualificationsand Skills:

·Proven experience working with and related technologies.
