Responsibilities:Create and Curate content for

RFP responses, brochures, case studies,

and other marketing materials to effectively communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders.Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.Create and maintain a repository of RFP responses, technical content, and supporting documentation to streamline future proposal efforts.Develop templates and standardized formats for proposals, solution overviews and case studies to streamline content creation processes.Work closely with subject matter experts to develop responses to RFP questions and requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the company's offerings.Participate in review meetings and revisions of RFP responses to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and improve the overall quality and effectiveness of proposals.

Skills:Proficient in creating compelling business narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of IT/technology solutions to diverse audiences, including executives, stakeholders, and end users.Strong storytelling abilities with the capacity to weave technical details into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.Ability to understand business objectives, market dynamics, and customer pain points to tailor messaging and content accordingly.Distilling complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives that highlight the benefits and advantages of the company's products and services.Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining the integrity and coherence of the business narrative.

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing , with a focus on creating content for IT/technology solutions, proposals, brochures, and case studies.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with proposal writing and/or marketing content creation is a plus.Additional qualifications in English language, Communications, Technical Writing, Creative writing, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.
