Job Summary:

The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in providing financial insights to guide decision-making and optimize profitability. This role involves forecasting, budgeting, analyzing business trends, and providing actionable insights to improve the financial performance of the business. Working closely with the senior management team, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Avenue Supermarts has a clear understanding of its financial performance and future outlook through Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.- Develop and maintain financial models to assess current and future financial performance.- Aid the annual budgeting process- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and profitability assessment.- Analyze key business drivers and KPIs, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to optimize business performance.- Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations to support business reviews and strategic discussions.
