Vishay Components India Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking talented Talent Acquisition manager to join our Global COE team.Job Location: Pune, India.What You Will Be DoingServes as an expert and advisor in conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to, verifying specifications of the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates, providing a high touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.To oversee talent acquisition activities and team across Vishay Asia (except China). Develop talent sourcing strategies & passive recruiting programs to effectively network and identify internal and external talent pipelines for relevant positions.To lead best practice initiatives for talent acquisition for Vishay Asia, supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experiencePartern with China Talent Acquistion team to Defining, implementing and/or maintaining Recruiting policies, guidelines, tools, and services for VISHAY at Asia region.Collaborating with stakeholders and the rest of the Global HR team to understand hiring needs, conducting workforce analysis, and developing recruitment strategies that align with Vishay organizational goalsEnhancing Vishay's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives across region.Leverage data analytics, insights, and external networking events better understand the external market as well any internal improvements needed to hire talent effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Bring Along8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition field, experience with manufacturing industry, experience with semiconductor manufacturing is highly desired.Subject Matter Expertise in Advanced research/sourcing skills (use of Boolean, social media, and alternative search techniques).Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis.Demonstrated track record of delivering results with matrixed global organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven leadership in managing and developing a TA team is preferred.Previous experience with Workday is preferred not required.
