About Us:Tophat HR is a boutique consulting firm- We are an expert in tailored and comprehensive human resources consulting & management services.About our Client and The Role:Our client is one of the fastest growing advertising agencies in Canada, they pride themselves in making businesses stand out in a big way. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, proficiency in Looker Studio, and experience with Google Tag Manager.About the Role:- Permanent Work From Home.- Night Shifts- 7:30 PM-3:30 AM.- Salary upto 75k INR- Digital marketing Agency experience is a must.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to ensure SEO best practices are followed.- Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site performance.- Create and manage content marketing strategies to support SEO goals.- Monitor and analyze website performance using Looker Studio and other analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.- Set up and manage tags using Google Tag Manager to track website performance and user behavior.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about the competitive landscape.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 4-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.- Proficiency in Looker Studio (formerly known as Google Data Studio) and Google Tag Manager.- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors.- Experience with technical SEO, including website audits, crawl analysis, and site performance optimization.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in content marketing and strategy.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script.- Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google Ads.Communication and presentation skills.Note : IT IS A COMPLETE WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY AND IT WOULD BE FULL TIMEWe are an equal opportunity employer and we welcome people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
