Our in-house creative team produces content that drives visibility, engagement, and measurable results for clients across industries.Job DetailsWork Mode: On-site (Office-based)Location: BengaluruTimings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM | Sat, 10 AM – 2:30 PMCompensation: Based on experience - Upto 3.6LPARole OverviewWe need a Client Servicing Executive who can handle diverse clients—branding, social media, and website design & development—with confidence, clarity, and strategic thinking.Delays will happen. Pressure will come. Your job is to manage expectations, take control of communication, and maintain strong rapport — without promising what cannot be delivered.Core Responsibilities1. Client CommunicationUnderstand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs.Provide structured updates — no vague messages or excuses.Maintain strong client relationships even during project delays.Clarify expectations when timelines shift — logically, not emotionally.2. Internal CoordinationWork closely with design, web, and social media teams.Track progress and make sure tasks don’t go “missing”.Ensure corrections, revisions, and briefs are properly documented.Push deliverables forward without depending on reminders.3. Strategic HandlingManage difficult conversations without losing rapport.Convert client frustrations into aligned expectations.Spot issues early and propose solutions before escalation.Maintain client trust by using logic, clarity, and professionalism.Required Skill Set - Must Have (non-negotiable):Strong written & verbal communicationLogical thinking + deadline disciplineUnderstanding of branding, web & social media workflowsAbility to handle client dissatisfaction smartlyRapport-building ability without overpromisingGood to Have:Experience working in an agencyKnowledge of Sheets / Trello / Notion / CRM toolsBasic understanding of ad campaigns & website structureIdeal Candidate TraitsYou should NOT apply if you:✘ Need to be reminded about tasks✘ Struggle with pressure✘ Only want to forward messagesYou’re the right fit if you:✔ Think in solutions, not problems✔ Communicate clearly, not emotionally✔ Can manage egos and expectations✔ Want to grow in brand strategy & client relationsEducation & Experience1–3 years experience (agency preferred)Freshers with exceptional communication and maturity may be consideredBachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, etc.)
