Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who excels in designing visually captivating graphics, editing videos, and delivering content that engages audiences. The ideal candidate should have a flair for creating compelling visuals, expertise in motion graphics, and a strong understanding of what makes content resonate on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
  • Design visually appealing graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Create marketing materials that align with Craft and Glory’s brand identity and visual style.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
  • Edit engaging videos for reels, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Incorporate basic motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and appeals to target audiences.
Content Creation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create high-quality photographs and videos.
  • Develop engaging reels, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes footage to showcase products and the brand ethos.
  • Work on both short-form and long-form content, adapting styles based on platform requirements.
Strategy & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign goals and ensure the delivery of impactful visuals.
  • Stay updated on design, video editing, and motion graphics trends, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.
  • Assist in planning and executing content calendars for social media and digital campaigns.
Optimization & Delivery
  • Optimize content for web, social media, and e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver content on time, meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Content Creator.
  • Proficiency in design and editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Basic expertise in motion graphics and animation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content engaging for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to produce high-quality graphics, photographs, and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience working with fashion, leather goods, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and the ability to adapt quickly to platform-specific needs.
