Desired candidate should have :

- Sitecore Certified Professional with minimum 10-12 years of technical leading Sitecore based projects.

- Must have experience handling Headless implementations and good to have understanding and experience in React JS, Next JS and UI frameworks

- Experience in Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), Sitecore JavaScript Services (JSS), Sitecore collection- TDS

- Experience in Configuring Solr server, custom collection, alias collection and debugging issues using SearchStax

- Experience with various Integration with ADB2C, Database, backend systems, Middleware, Google Analytics

- Experience in Azure Web Services, Azure DocumentDB, Azure Search, Azure Functions, Azure Scheduler, Azure API Manager and Azure Microservices

- Experience in Azure Queue, Blob and files, Web Jobs, App Service, Redis Cache, Key Walt, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, SQL Database and Event Hub

- Experience in Azure Application Insight, Health Check, Auto-Scaling, Availability Settings, Performance Monitoring and

- Experience in Azure DevOps - CI & CD, Azure Git Repo - Managing branching strategy and Disaster Recovery

- Expertise in providing exceptional content management web solution using Sitecore CMS 10.x nd proficient in Sitecore Content Security, Optimizing and Scaling.

- Experience in enterprise software solutions encompassing all aspects of a project's life cycle (SDLC) and implementing Agile development using Scrum Process

- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in developing PowerShell scripts, Stored Procedures, User-Defined Functions and Views.

- Experience in implementing Sitecore solutions using Helix principles.

- Experience in developing business-critical web applications using .Net Framework 3.x/4.x, C#, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Entity Framework and ADO.NET and proficient in developing Web API, Web Services and Windows Services

- Experience in developing applications using Angular JS with Material Design, LINQ, Java Script, and jQuery.

- Ability to prioritize tasks/Multitask and execute them to perfection and able to work in a highly pressure environment and capable of working in a team and as an individual.

- Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries aren`t clearly defined.

- Self-motivated, fast learner capable of first principle thinking in an ever-changing technology landscape

- Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed University. Master's would be an advantage.

- 15 plus years of experience on executing and implementing enterprise software projects.

- Strong experience in Digital (Mobile / Web) platforms delivery.

- Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems.

- The position requires good understanding of product and change management to drive the technology modernization agenda.

- Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and is able to identify the gaps with technical competency of the team and provides recommendations for improvements

- High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate appropriate level of judgment and maturity.

- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little to no supervision.

- Analytical mind, capable of managing numerous information sources and providing digested views to senior management.

- Strong customer focus with the ability to meet the demands of internal and external customers.

- Strong Risk & control and change management background

- Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills with knowledge and experience in building solutions.
