Job Responsibilities Bookkeeper: 

∙Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. 

∙Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. 

∙Work with External Accountant to supply information for monthly financial reporting 

∙Experience working with MS Office (Excel focused) 

∙Post Journal Entries 

∙Reconcile accounts 

∙Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports 

∙Other general office administrative duties as needed 

∙Good English and communication skills 

Experience: 

∙Bookkeeping: 1+ years (Preferred) 

∙General Accounting: 1+ years (Preferred) 

∙Experience working in QuickBooks Online 

∙Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines 

Job Duties: 

∙Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews 

∙Accounts payable 

∙Accounts receivable 

∙Processing expense reports 

∙Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
