You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot while driving innovation and mentoring teams.Key Responsibilities Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.Write clean, maintainable code to develop functional web and Spring Boot applications.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.Modernize and improve legacy applications using cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Work with DevOps teams to implement and maintain GitLab pipelines.Gather and address technical and design requirements effectively.Provide technical training, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams.Build reusable components and libraries for future use.Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features.Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.Requirements 10+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot application development.Proven hands-on experience in backend development using Java & Spring Boot Framework .Deep understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment).Strong experience in Java EE , object-oriented design, and common design patterns.Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle) and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) .Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Strong teamwork and communication abilities.Why Join RxCloud?Be part of a global team driving innovation across cloud-native enterprise applications.
