Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai, India Department: Media & Partnerships Reports To: Head of Marketing / Media Director Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Buyer with proven expertise in Out-of-Home (OOH) and In-App Advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with media owners, publishers, and ad networks across India, and a track record of executing impactful, cost-effective media campaigns for brands. Key Responsibilities Plan, negotiate, and purchase media inventory across OOH (billboards, transit, digital screens) and mobile/in-app advertising platforms. Build and maintain relationships with media owners, outdoor vendors, and mobile ad networks. Evaluate and analyze audience data, reach, impressions, and ROl to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives. Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and budgets. Track, optimize, and report on media campaign performance using data-driven insights. Stay up to date with new media channels, advertising technologies, and pricing trends. Collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver 360° brand campaigns. Ensure timely billing, vendor coordination, and media delivery compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media buying/selling, preferably in OOH or digital/in-app media. Strong network with media owners, publishers, and vendors in major Indian cities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and media planning tools. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and network strength. Performance incentives linked to campaign ROl and new media partnerships.
