Mercedes-Benz Brisbane - Customer Experience Consultant | 12-month fix term contract  Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a driven, polished, and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our Front of House team. This role plays a vital part in delivering a luxury, premium experience to every customer who visits our dealership. Working alongside another Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing a busy switchboard, and providing administrative support across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls efficiently and direct enquiries with professionalism Welcome and assist customers throughout the dealership, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience Maintain front-of-house presentation to an impeccable standard Support multiple departments with general administrative tasks Work collaboratively to ensure consistent coverage across the building Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times About You Impeccable personal presentation Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle a variety of enquiries Strong organisational skills with a commitment to following processes and procedures Ability to prioritise competing demands calmly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy Confident working both independently and as part of a team Availability to work Saturdays, with one rostered day off during the week What’s on Offer?
