Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Inside Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for understanding customer needs in the IT space.

Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and proposing tailored solutions.Product Knowledge:

Gain a deep understanding of Vcom Technologies' product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance metrics.Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.Follow-Up:

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Education & Experience:Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Experience:1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
