Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, and a proven track record in sales is an advantage. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our edtech solutions.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.

- Presentations and Training: Deliver presentations and product training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our products.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Tutor Acquisition team to design and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in sales.

- Enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.

- Should be both a team player and capable of working independently.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.

- Candidates must be from Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
