Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and application statuses in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in education counseling, preferably in the field of international education consultancy.
In-depth knowledge of international education systems, study abroad destinations, universities, and academic programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals through study abroad opportunities.
Fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
