Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Customize Shopify Themes: Create custom Shopify themes from scratch or modify existing themes to meet design and functionality requirements.
- App Integration and Development: Integrate third-party apps and Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
- Optimize Website Performance: Ensure the website is responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and fix bugs or issues related to the storefront or backend.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to implement new features and improvements.Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Expertise in Shopify’s Liquid templating language and APIs.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Design Skills: Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with responsive designs.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Headless Commerce implementations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
