The Merchandise professional will oversee day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, managing retail orders, and ensuring timely production schedules. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling sales and customer inquiries, monitoring quality standards, and aligning production outputs with client expectations. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teamsCustomer service expertise to address client needs and foster positive relationshipsSales acumen to understand market demands and drive revenue opportunitiesExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure delivery timelinesAbility to adapt to hybrid work environments, balancing on-site and remote responsibilitiesExperience in the textile or fashion industry.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, textile technology or related field.
