Monitor internal HR systems and databases.? Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities & team managementskills.? Formulate plans & Undertake activities to enhance employee engagement.? Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources byplanning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and humanresources policies, programs, and practices.? Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance for the growth ofthe company and the employees.? Collaborating with all the other departments in the company andproviding HR assistance wherever required.? Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR operations team Leader.? Able to work independently with good time management skills.
