Responsibilities
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for billing software within the B2B sector.
● Identify and prospect potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and other businesses requiring billing solutions.
● Travel as necessary to meet with clients in person, conduct product demonstrations, and finalize sales agreements.
● Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
● Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
● Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
● Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
● Provide on going support and assistance to clients, including training sessions and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal utilization of the software.
● Utilize CRM and LeadSquared platforms effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize sales activities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
● Demonstrate consistency in sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets regularly.
● Develop a deep understanding of Pallet Software's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Requirements ● Bachelor's degree or masters with proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
● Should be proficient in Tamil, English and Kannada
● Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.
●Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
● Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.
● Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
● Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
● Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.
