Our hybrid structure blends strategy, creativity, media and technology, enabling brands to scale faster and smarter.We operate in PODs - small, autonomous teams that own strategy, creation, and delivery for a set of clients.About the RoleAs a Team Lead, you’ll be the anchor of one such POD of 10 people, driving planning, performance, and delivery across strategy, design, content, and motion.You’re not a traditional “project manager”, you’re a team coach, creative and operations driver who ensures work moves smoothly, quality stays high, and clients feel clarity and momentum.What You’ll Do1. Lead the POD- Manage a cross-functional team of 8-10 (strategists, designers, writers, motion designers).- Own internal planning, timelines, and accountability.- Allocate resources based on project priorities and POD bandwidth.2. Ensure Delivery Excellence- Maintain visibility across all ongoing projects, ensuring quality and deadlines.- Support Solution Strategists in translating client briefs into actionable plans.- Review outputs for completeness, brand alignment and creative consistency.3. Drive Internal Communication & Efficiency- Run weekly sprint meetings and workflow check-ins.- Ensure clear handoffs between creative & strategy functions.- Identify and solve bottlenecks early, before they become problems.4.
