Job Description: Tier 1 Support Engineer/Lead

Key responsibilities:Continuous 24/7 tickets monitoring and alertingLogging production errors in the company’s ticketing systemInvestigating and analyzing production issuesNotifying customers as necessaryRestoring the system to an operational state when applicable, gathering data for Tier 2/R&D, and creating data correction processesInforming the project team of necessary changes to address and resolve the error, if applicableEngaging Tier 2 support when neededGenerating weekly and monthly ticket reports

RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or relevant experience.Required: 2 to 7 years of experience with Linux (Windows experience is a plus).Required: 2 to 7 years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.Required: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.Required: Fluent in both spoken and written English.Required: Willingness to work shifts, including one weekend per month (24/7 shifts).Required: Exceptional communication skills.Required: Customer-focused and able to remain calm under pressure.Preferred: Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar customer support role.Preferred: Proven experience with Java programming.
