About the Role: Lead Consultant LLMOps We are looking for a Lead Consultant – LLMOps to design, implement, and scale our LLM (Large Language Model) operations infrastructure. In this role, you will bring deep expertise in MLOps and cloud-native architectures to ensure that our LLM solutions are deployed, monitored, and continuously improved at enterprise scale. You will partner closely with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs, from training and fine-tuning to inference and responsible AI governance. What You’ll Do: • LLMOps Infrastructure: Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMs. • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management. • Responsible AI: Implement safety guardrails, compliance standards, and bias mitigation frameworks to ensure responsible AI. • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (data science, research, product, engineering) to streamline LLMOps workflows. • Automation & Pipelines: Build automation pipelines for retraining, dataset updates, and version management. • Optimization: Evaluate tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costs. • Observability: Ensure full visibility into deployed models with monitoring and alerting via tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry. • Leadership: Mentor team members, advocate for best practices, and influence stakeholders to adopt scalable LLMOps standards. What You’ll Bring: • Strong expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoring. • Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, Databricks deployment patterns). • Hands-on with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred). • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices. • Strong knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry). • Deep understanding of model evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and safety guardrails. • Programming proficiency in Python and Bash scripting. • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines. • Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment skills. • Knowledge of LLM safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance. • Establish a robust LLMOps framework for managing training, deployment, and monitoring. • Deploy at least one large-scale LLM solution into production with guardrails and observability. • Define KPIs for monitoring model performance, safety, and business impact. • Build alignment with stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices across teams.
