Job Description of AGM – IT
For a leading manufacturing organization with multiple plants, offices, and warehouses, we are looking for a Lead IT who will report to the Head of Systems & IT. This position will have the IT infrastructure, Application Management and SAP Management team, with an approximate team size of 14 people reporting to them.
Job Responsibilities:
· Formulate and implement an IT strategic plan to add value to the business by generating more revenue and reducing costs.
· Prepare, track, and control cost-effective AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and Capex budget for IT.
· Manage complete IT operations, IT Service Management, and SAP S4 Hana modules across all plants and fields.
· Provide effective solutions for issues raised by users.
· Establish and maintain a strong, safe, and secure IT infrastructure which includes information security, data security and network security.
· Create, Evaluate, and Implement IT policies, processes, and procedures.
· Effectively maintain all the hardware and software (including AMCs, etc)
· IT Audits and compliances.
· IT Asset Management.
· IT Infrastructure management, data backup and support.
· IT systems & business application Management and support.
· External vendor management for procurement and maintenance of hardware, software, and adequate/appropriate licenses.
Manage and maintain all servers (co-location, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, and in-house), ensuring all servers have uptime 24X7.
Manage and maintain the O365 license and all other licenses.
Manage and Maintain SAP S4 Hana and all third-party applications and their interfaces.
Company Website Management.
Run Disaster Recovery drills and make backup plans for all critical data in the company.
Actively involve in New Systems implementation from an IT perspective.
Coordinate with SAP AMS partner and head the in-house SAP and IT team.
Develop appropriate IT architecture for future expansions as per the company's vision
Automate and simplify processes to increase the speed of work
Skills:
· IT Digital Process Enablement
· Handling Enterprise IT Operations.
· IT team management across different plants, offices and field
· Digital Automation
· Evaluate technical proposals from external vendors and manage a team of IT developers for in-house development and code maintenance.
Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana – FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM and QA modules.
Knowledge of SAP interfaces, Basis and ABAP.
Leadership skills to manage both IT and SAP teams
Vendor Management – Hardware, Software and Services
Planning and Execution of both Capex and Opex budgets
Develop and maintain Key reports.
Knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint
Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent
Experience : 18 to 20 Years and at least 5 Years in leading IT in a manufacturing setup with exposure to SAP
