As the Business Operations Manager at Synapx, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various business units. You will support a broad range of operational activities and initiatives, working across the business to drive success and improve processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, with a can-do attitude, ready to take on diverse tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
Key Skills & Experience:Minimum 2-4 years of business operations experience, ideally within a company in the tech industry.Familiarity with software tools, such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is beneficial.Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding teams, excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.Clear and effective communicator, capable of conveying information to various audiences, can present updates and insights professionally.A proactive person with a can-do attitude and eager to take on new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges with ability to implement effective solutions to improve business processes.Experience working on and enhancing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Efficiency Enhancements:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across business units.Monitor and optimise workflows to ensure seamless operations.Talent Support:Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Enhance employee experience by addressing concerns, facilitating training, and promoting a positive workplace culture.Document Management and Finance Support:Support contract management, document storage, and financial planning activities.Office Maintenance:Oversee office maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Event Execution:Handle logistics and planning of company-wide events.Plan business-related events to engage future employees, support learning initiatives, and attract potential clients.
